Fascias and Soffits

Fascias are boards that attach to the ends of the rafter to give your home a finished look. They can either be made of wood or Upvc. On the other hand, soffits are the boards underneath the fascias towards the wall of your home.

Whether we are installing, painting or simply cleaning your fascias and soffits we make sure its done to the highest possible standard, ensuring your home looks beautiful once we’ve completed our work.

There are many reasons why you should maintain your fascias and soffits, these include:

• Keeping your gutters supported
• Avoiding costly repairs
• Allowing ventilation

If you have timbers fascias and they are rot-free and would prefer a different look, Upvc caps can be fitted. These caps are a cost effective option that can freshen up your homes exterior.

On the other hand, you might prefer to have your fascias and soffits painted. This can be done in your choice of paint type and colour, although we normally go with High Gloss Dulux exterior paint in black or white.
